DIESEL MECHANIC

Location: Brisbane

Job Summary: Brisvegas Machinery is part of the Melbourne Tractors Group. We are the leading suppliers of Kobelco, Terex and New Holland Earthmoving and Agricultural Equipment in Australia. We are based in a state of the art facility in Darra.

Our business is locally owned with an extreme focus on customer service and a fantastic workshop culture.

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a professional and driven Diesel Mechanic to support our large and varied customer base.

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for service and diagnostic works in the workshop.

The successful candidate must be:

• A qualified Mechanic with diesel experience
• Be customer focused
• A team player

You will be responsible for:

• Scheduled servicing
• Breakdown repairs
• Pre-delivery of new machinery
• Keeping paperwork in order
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Participating in a positive workshop culture

Key criteria:

• Trade qualifications
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• A current drivers license and forklift license
• Commitment to maintain and adhere to safety guidelines in the workshop.
• This role is workshop based.

You will report to the Service Manager.
