500 Hour Interval Service Requirements:

• Replace Engine Oil
• Replace Oil Filter
• Replace Fuel Filters
• Replace Outer Air Filter
• Replace Hydraulic Return Oil Filter (With Hammer Usage Only)
• Replace Travel Reduction Oil
• Safety Compliant Check

 

1000 Hour Interval Service Requirements:

• All of the above mentioned plus;
• Replace Inner Air Filter
• Replace Slew Oil
• Collect Oil Samples
• Undercarriage Inspection
• Check Hydraulic Pressures

 

2000 Hour Interval Service Requirements:

• All of the above mentioned in 500hr and 1000hr plus;
• Replace Hydraulic Breather Filter
• Replace Hydraulic Oil (With Hammer Usage Only)
• Engine Valve Adjustment
• Replace Fan Belts
• Replace Air Conditioner Belt
• Replace Air Conditioner Filters
• Replace Coolant Engine
• Performance Check

 

5000 Hour Interval Service Requirements:

• All of the above mentioned in 500hr and 1000hr plus;
• Replace Fuel Final Filter
• Replace Hydraulic Breather Filter
• Replace Hydraulic Oil
• Replace Air Conditioner Belt
• Replace Air Conditioner Filters
• Engine Performance Check
